Once an order enters production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Customized or made-to-order products are produced according to the information submitted with the order.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payment must generally be completed before an order is produced or shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the method and timing of final delivery are generally controlled by that carrier. Depending on the destination, packages may be delivered to a residence, business, postal facility, parcel locker, pickup point, or other location used by the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
